God sent friends

So I'm pretty sure that God had something to do with the amazing fellowship that I've been experiencing lately. In addition to the lifegroup I did this past semester, I have gained several awesome friends who are strong in their faith and pretty successful in their field of work/study.
There is an expression, "you are who your friends are." If you're friends are mediocre Christians, you will be too; but if they are strong in their relationship, you are more encouraged to be strengthened in yours.

Now you may be thinking, that is not true at all-but look at your life for a second. How many of your friends are into something that you are not? Yeahhhhh-see what I mean? Knowing this, when I moved to DC I really wanted to surround myself with strong Christians so that I may increase my relationship with God. I've always had strong Christian women in my life-just maybe not on a super close relationship like I have always desired.

Answer this (either to yourself or with comments) how does surrounding yourself with Christians make you stronger in your walk?

To move or not to move?

So as many of you know, I live with David and Sis and it is barrels of fun. But the question is-how long is too long? I have asked several family members (including them) and the answer from everyone one is-never! I believe that I may move out if one of two things happen:
#1 If I get a roommate. This would make rent more affordable and it would me someone to talk to at the end of the day. I honestly believe that I would just get lonely if I didn't live with someone. Point blank.
#2 If I get a full time job at one place. Right now I make enough to live on my own, but would make more of course, if I was full time at one place of employment.

At this moment-there is noooo way I would leave the casa de Scaperoth, just owing to the fact that it is too fawesome. For instance, if they go to bed before I get home and I had an "exciting" night out, they will be the best alarm clock anyone could ask for-annnnnnd they want to know about my night! I am very grateful to have the-world's-best-sister and brother-in-law.
